Bill Riley Talent Search and Family Fun Fair: Friday, May 16
Would you like to compete in the Bill Riley Talent Search at the 2008 Iowa State Fair? Then you are ready to be a contestant in a qualifying competition that will be held at Valley West Mall’s Center Court area on Friday, May 16th. Talent show times for Sprouts: Ages 2-12 is 6pm and Seniors: Ages 13-21 is 7:15pm. Entries will be accepted starting at 10am on Monday, May 21st, 2008. There will be a limit of 15 acts in each of the two categories. Entries will be accepted on a first come basis by calling Tammy at 515-440-5601. You may call the number with questions, but entries WILL NOT be accepted prior to 10am on April 21st. In addition to the talent show, bring the kids for inflatable rides, crafts and more. The Bill Riley Talent Search is part of West Des Moines A-May-Zing Days, a brand new month-long celebration of West Des Moines.
